Cohort 3 achieves the diversity we are looking for with respect to founders, market, geography, and experience. Moreover, 10 of the 11 companies (91%) have founders who are women or people of color. As it has been since Cohort 1, USC Rossier EdVentures is virtual, global (companies from six continents), has a personalized curriculum, and does not take fees nor equity.
